GMI has assembled a partnership team with unparalleled set of design, construction and finance partners. This includes designers, modular engineers, architects and general contractors internationally and in Saudi Arabia. GMI is building the largest, most advanced volumetric mass modular factory in the world. GMI has located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an ideal location to service the increasing demand for modular construction solutions across the Middle East, Africa and the world.
